How many website visitors and subscribers can we reach?

WP Mayor currently receives around 50,000 page views every month and has a growing subscriber list of 5,000+ people looking for WordPress solutions. Most website visitors spend at least a few minutes browsing our website and our open-rate on emails varies from 15% to 40%.

What's your lead time on each service?

The lead-time varies according to the service being provided. Product Analysis and articles take between 2 and 4 weeks to carefully prepare for publishing. Giveaways are only announced on Mondays so it would depend on availability. Likewise, sponsorship periods also depend on availability. If you’d like to know when the next available slots will be, please contact us here.

Do you offer other stand-alone services apart from these packages?

Depending on what you’re looking for and your previous work with WP Mayor, we may provide you with a custom package that fits your needs. Get in touch and let us know what you’re looking for.

Please note that we do not offer single promotional pieces of content for brand new or unproven products and services. In such cases, we require you to either first work with us on a Product Analysis or to have previously worked with WP Mayor in other areas.

I'd like to purchase a combination of packages - may I have a discount?

Although our services are not discounted since we truly believe in the value provided by each one, we understand that there may be exceptions to the rule. Please contact us and we will discuss the options.

Can I get a refund if I made a mistake in my order?

We will evaluate your issue and if a refund is the ideal solution, we will proceed with that. Please make sure to understand what you’re committing to before making a purchase. We’re available to answer any questions you may have before doing so – please contact us here.

Do you give discounts on your services?

No, we believe in the value provided by our services and therefore don’t offer any discounts. Each service requires a lot of time and effort on our part to ensure that your product or service gets the best result possible and that’s not something we wish to devalue in any way.

What payment methods do you offer?

We currently accept direct orders via PayPal as it’s the simplest method for all involved.

If that is not an option for you, please contact us and let us know your preferred payment method. It’s best to provide all the necessary company details so that we could issue an invoice.
